Solprene 4321 is a linear block copolymer of styrene and butadiene, with 32% styrene content, most of it forming polystyrene block, which gives the polymer a thermoplastic behavior. It has a non-staining antioxidant and also available version TNPP-BHT free antioxidant system; FDA approved for use in food contact applications and is essentially gel free with a very clear color. It is presented as free flowing porous crumb making easy its handling and dissolution Uses: Solprene 4321 is used as compounding ingredient for adhesives. The product is an excellent modifier for asphalt applications including self adhesive roofing membrane and sealants. Also is used in thermoplastic injected shoe soles formulations.
