| Baytec MP-030 is a diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI)-terminated polyether prepolymer based on polypropylene ether glycol (PPG). It exhibits low viscosity in spite of its low isocyanate content, and can be formulated into one-component moisture-cured binders and sealants and two-component ultrasoft elastomers. Typical applications include rubber crumb binders, flexible caulks, and sealants. As with any product, use of Baytec MP-030 prepolymer in a given application must be tested (including but not limited to field testing) in advance by the user to determine suitability.
