Versalis Revive® COM75HF2 Recycled High Density Polyethylene
Categories: Polymer; Renewable/Recycled Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyethylene (PE); High Density (HDPE)

Material Notes: Versalis Revive® PE COM75HF2 is a HDPE based polyolefin compound containing 75% of post-consumer plastic from municipal waste separate collection, stabilizers and compatibilizers agents, allowing its use in high content technological applications.

Applications: COM75HF2 is indicated for the production of packaging and extruded articles for which sustainability is a primary value. COM75HF2 is suitable to be transformed with blown film technology. It is preferably to be used in coextrusion, in one or more internal layers and in mixture with virgin polyethylene for the production of various films and packaging of industrial products. The usage percentages (up to 100%) and the thicknesses, must be evaluated according to the final features of the application. COM75HF2 is also suitable to be used with blow molding technology, preferably in coextrusion, in one or more internal layers and in a mixture with virgin polyethylene for the production of tanks for chemical products for industrial and household use, giving it a good stress cracking value. The product is not suitable for the production of articles and materials intended for direct contact with food and pharmaceutical and / or medical applications.

Typical properties of an extruded film 180 °C - 210 ° C, BUR 4 and thickness 50 micron.
