Material Notes:	General Description SD251 is a tungsten carbide/cobalt plasma spray powder. The major constituent is W2C. Additionally, WC and complex Co-W-C compounds are present. Due to the fine particle size, it does not flow through a Hall Flow Meter. SD251 is used for standard low-energy plasma applications. Typical applications for SD251 are wear-resistant coatings.
