Nylene® Nylene 494P IM BLK Specialty Nylon
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Nylon (Polyamide PA)

Material Notes: Specially formulated nylon powder for the ROTOMOLDING process. For uses where HIGH IMPACT properties are required. Heat stabilized. Dried to less than 0.20% moisture and packaged in foil-lined drums to eliminate the need for pre-drying. Strongly recommend the use of an inert gas such as nitrogen in the mold to minimize thermal degradation during processing.

Testing conducted on dry as molded specimen at 73°F
