Hydrin T3108 is an ethylene oxide/epichlorohydrin/allyl glycidyl ether terpolymer with heat and oil resistance. Compounds using Hydrin T3108 typically exhibit excellent low- and high temperature properties and can be cured using conventional cure systems such as sulfur/sulfur donor or peroxides. Hydrin T3108 is supplied as bales sealed in an LDPE bag. Hydrin® epichlorohydrin (ECO) elastomers provide an excellent balance of heat (125°C), oil, fuel, and ozone resistance with superior low temperature flexibility. Hydrin is broadly used in automotive fuel hose, air ducts, A/C, and vibration dampening. Its electrical properties benefit laser printer rolls. Hydrin is classified as a CH polymer according to SAE J200 / ASTM D2000. Information provided by Zeon Chemicals. |
