Material Notes:	Standard Applications: RHODOLINE® 3100 is an excellent APE-free non-ionic wetting/dispersing agent for use in waterborne paint formulations: low to medium HLB organic pigment wetting including carbon black and lampblack and substrate wetting; replaces APE wetting agents within HLB range of 11-13. Recommended usage levels typically are 0.1-0.5% as wetting agents for paint formulations, 1-2% based on pigment wetting and 5-15% on the pigment weight for pigment preparation.
