Röhm Plexiglas® 99526 Crystal Clear Elastomer Based Film  (discontinued **)
Categories: Polymer; Film; Thermoplastic; Acrylic (PMMA)

Material Notes: Description: PLEXIGLAS® Film 99526, based on polymethyl methacrylate and acrylic elastomers, is absolutely crystal-clear. With its excellent abrasion resistance, it offers outstanding performance as a decor carrier and for substrate protection. Moreover, it shows very good weather resistance, two glossy surfaces and has no surface markings (Class A surface). In addition, it presents good resistance towards weak acids and alkalis as well as nonpolar solvents.

Specific Notes for this Material: PLEXIGLAS® Film 99526 is particularly suitable for decorative and protective surfaces of injection molded parts for the automotive, domestic appliances and telecommunications sectors. This film is eminently suitable for all in-mold film decoration processes. In thicknesses of 60 to 75 µm; PLEXIGLAS® Film 99526 serves very well as a hard cap layer film in multiply lamination film systems or on extruded plastic sheets.
