Plastcom SLOVAMID 66 GF 50 Polyamide 66, 50% Glass Fiber
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Nylon (Polyamide PA); Nylon 66 (PA66); Nylon 66, 50% Glass Fiber Filled

Material Notes: Features

Chemically reinforced with 50% glass fiber, suitable for mouldings with high strength and toughness also at low temperatures. Used in the automotive, engineering and electrical industry. With the increasing content of FG also the toughness, tensile and flexural strength increase, the shrinkage decreases and the heat application increases up to 150°C. It achieves higher rates of tensile strength and modulus of elasticity also in conditioning state when compared with PA 6 GF. PA 66 GF 50 achieves modulus - 16000 MPA - of the aluminum alloy rates. Application: hobby tools, covers of electrotools, electromotors, cooling screws of blowers, gear wheels, carrying parts in the automotive industry like brake cables. Delivered in natural and in the full RAL color scale.

Application: Injection Moulding
