Nurel Engineering Polymers Promyde® B15 U PA 6, Conditioned, Flame retardant, Heat Stabilized, Nucleated and lubricated
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Nylon (Polyamide PA); Nylon 6 (PA6); Nylon 6, Heat Stabilized; Nylon 6, Nucleated; Nylon 6, Unreinforced, Flame Retardant

Material Notes: Characteristics: Promyde ® B15 U is an improved flame retardant polyamide 6 heat stabilized, lubricated and nucleated for fast cycle injection molding. Its main characteristics are easy flowing, easy mould filling and very fast cooling time whilst maintaining excellent polyamide 6 mechanical properties.

Applications: Due to its improved Glow Wire Flammability Index of 960ºC, easy flow characteristics and very fast cooling time; Promyde B15 U provides significant productivity improvement. Promyde B15 U mould filling is 35 % faster than standard viscosity polyamide 6; that combined with its excellent mechanical and thermal properties make it suitable for high speed multi cavity injection molding of small flame resistant parts such as components used in automotive, electrical, electronics, or technical parts.
