Danquinsa DANTHANE® 125K-EL-Compound TPU
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyurethane, TP; Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPUR), Polyester Grade

Material Notes: DANTHANE_ 125K-EL-Compound is a polyurethane elastomer based on polyester. This compound is fitted electro-conductive with carbon black. DANTHANE_ 125K-EL-Compound is processed by melt calender, flat film extrusion and injection molding. This special TPU is used for the production of coatings for films, textiles, electro-conductive shoe components and divers injection molding parts.

Application: DANTHANE_ 125K-EL-Compound is a special TPU type for calendering and extrusion of electro-conductive or antistatic TPU-foils and TPU–films. The direct extrusion of coating films on textiles or other supporting materials is possible. Typical applications are the processing of membrane foils and electro-conductive décor foils. Furthermore this special compound can be used for the production of electro-conductive shoe components. With DANTHANE_ 125K-ELCompound it can be also produced films for flexible hoses as well as coatings for cables. It can also be used for the coating of conveyor belts and flat belts.
