Material Notes: MAGNIFIN H-7 is a high-purity magnesium hydroxide. Based on a mineral raw material, the patented process guarantees a regular structure of the crystallite. MAGNIFIN H-7 conforms to the European Pharmacopeia. MAGNIFIN H-7 is tailor-made for plastic and elastomer applications and represents a halogen free flame retardant with low smoke emission and high thermal stability up to 340°C. During the decomposition process no toxic or corrosive gases are generated.
