Material Notes: High Density Ethylene Hexene Copolymer

Customer Benefits: A high performance copolymer that can measure up to the most demanding application. Specifically formulated to provide toughness and durability, you can expect exceptional ESCR, excellent surface appearance, good melt strength, ease of processing.

Applications: Blow molding items such as fuel tanks, seating, garbage cans, large industrial containers, sheet. Extruded items.

Processing Recommendations:
Blow Molding Stock Temperature: Upper Limit: 216°C, Lower Limit: 171°C
Extrusion Melt Temperature: Upper Limit: 216°C, Lower Limit: 194°C

Specification Data: ASTM D4976 - PE 235. ASTM D1248 - Type III, Class A, Category 5. FDA Regulation 177.1520 for food packaging at temperatures not exceeding 100°C.

Sag Upper Limit: 36 cm, Lower Limit: 25 cm; 2 ft. X 4ft. X 125 mil thick blank heated to forming temperature.
