Cabot STERLING® SO-RC110 Reinforcing Carbon
Categories: Other Engineering Material; Additive/Filler for Polymer

Material Notes: Performance Features: Through Cabot’s co-pelletization technology, STERLING SO-RC110 circular reinforcing carbon combines ISCC PLUS certified recovered carbon material with STERLING SO to deliver physical performance that is equivalent to ASTM N550 carbon black, maintaining high levels of quality consistency and processability in rubber compounds.

Typical Applications: STERLING SO-RC110 circular reinforcing carbon is particularly suited for rubber applications that require an increase in sustainable content without compromising rubber performance, and for rubber compounders desiring logistic simplicity. STERLING SO-RC110 circular reinforcing carbon is applicable in all applications where ASTM N550 type carbon black is used, such as: Tires - Sidewalls and undertread compounds in passenger car and light truck tires; Industrial Rubber Products - Extruded rubber articles like hoses and construction profiles; Engine mounts and belt inner layers; and Molded rubber parts
