Material Notes:	BrushBronze® EQX20 is a fine-grained copper anode material developed specifically for the emerging interconnect plating needs of the semiconductor industry. Technologies such as the patented EquaCast® process, are used to produce an extremely uniform, fine grained microstructure of this unique phosphorous deoxidized copper. It is available in rod, bar and tube product forms. Copper and silver make up the remainder. Information supplied by Brush Wellman Engineered Materials. Brush Engineered Materials Inc. changed its name to Materion Corporation in March 2011.
