| Product Description: A polymer bound dispersion of N-oxydiethylene thiocarbomyl-n’-oxydiethylene-sulfenamide (Cure-Rite 18) in ethylene-propylene type rubber. Curerite 18 provides very good compression set properties with good reversion resistance and heat aging. Scorch properties are excellent compared to other ways of getting high states-of-cure in low sulfur stocks (like high thiurams). Modest sulfur donor – about 11% by weight. Composition: 70% thiocarbamyl sulfonamide (Cure-Rite 18), 20% polymer binder with dispersing agents. Advantages: Polymer bound or encapsulated dispersions are a proven means of upgrading plant safety, efficiency, quality & raw material control. Akrochem polymer bound or encapsulated chemical dispersions eliminate any irritating dust, as well as other potential hazards in handling powders in the plant.
