Material Notes: Hiprolon® 211 PES colorized electrostatic polyamide powder is fully comprised of bio-renewable raw materials. It has excellent weather ability, chemical resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, and superior adhesion strength with metal surfaces. It is widely used for coating of auto parts, hard wares, water pipes racks et al. Available in various colors to provide a customized product. It can be applied to subjects with a 0.7mm-0.3mm thickness range, and it can also achieve a thinner thickness when it is not coated by dipping. The optimal coating thickness is 0.12-0.15mm.
