Typical temperature profile for processing compound is from 145°C to 180°C. The optimum temperatures depend on the type of machine as well as screw design being used to process. Feeding zone: 145°C, compression zone: 145°C-155°C, mixing zone: 150°C-170°C, nozzle die zone: 160-180°C.
