Jackon JACKOCELL® S332 Expanded Polystyrene Packaging and Shape Molding
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polystyrene (PS); Expanded Polystyrene (EPS)

Material Notes: 100% Polystyrene.

Pre-expansion

This is the low pentane version for densities above 25-30 kg/m3. A substantial reduced pentane emission has been made possible with S332 which will lead the industry into the future. The unique design of polystyrene chains gives less sensitivity to steam - hence accurate density control over the unique property of S332. The combination of good properties is clearly a result of high technology in combination with extensive product development.

Shape Moulding

The unique design of polystyrene chains adds numerous advantages to Jackocell® S332 in high density shape molding. Fast molding cycles, good fusion, and easy to reach good surface. The additional broad molding window further reduces waste material and maintains a high quality to the extent that it can be recognized long term on productivity and financial earnings.
