Material Notes: Appeel® 1184 is an extrusion coatable resin designed to be a sealing layer for lidding applications. It provides peelable seals over a broad temperature range to a number of container materials including APET, PETG, PP, PS, HIPS, and PVC. Appeel® 1184 is a modified ethylene acrylate polymer available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion and coextrusion equipment designed to process polyethylene resins.
