BEC Materials SIS 1526
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic

Material Notes: Description: Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) SIS (styrene isoprene styrene block copolymer) rubber polymer 1526 has good heat resistance, high cohesion, anti-migration ability and so on. At the same time, it contains 25% diblock polymer. Under the premise of ensuring adequate peel strength ,it can further enhance melt fluidity, improve the spraying process atomization effect, make film thickness more uniformity. Because of two blocks, the initial viscosity and low temperature resistance of the product has also been improved.

Application: Adhesives/Asphalt modification/Plastic modification

Formula: HMPSA (Parts by mass)
SIS(1526): 30-35
Polyterpene Resins: 30-35
c5 Petroleum Resin: 15-25
Naphthenic Oil 4010: 10-15
Antioxidants: 1-2
