Material Notes: Mylar® Type M577 is a tough, transparent film. A rough surface provides ease of handling, good adhesion, and processability.

General Product Info: Mylar® Type M577 film has balanced tensile properties and excellent resistance to moisture and most chemicals. It can withstand temperature extremes from -94 to 302° F. Because it contains no plasticizers, it does not become brittle with age under normal conditions

Typical Applications: Mylar® Type M577 film is used almost exclusively in specialty (DC) capacitors.
