Material Notes: Features

PA 6 for injection moulding, chemically reinforced with 15% glass fiber, heat stabilized, mouldings resistant against long-time heat impact up to 150°C. Decrease in tensile strength by 50% after 5000 hours at 170°C. Application: grips of electrotools, hobby tools, gears, covers of electric appliances. Heat stabilization predetermines these products to an environment with long time heat stress like intake piping, cylinder heads, induction coils, carrying parts in the motor, fixing in the motor area. Delivered in black color.
