ETEC (EnvisionTEC) ETEC® R5 series cDLP 3D Printing Photopolymer
Categories: Polymer; 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing Polymer; Thermoset

Material Notes: Property data for resin as-supplied

Photopolymer R5 series (included R 05, R5, R5-385, Pro Gray, R5 Gray) are Light curing resin for EnvisionTec's family Computer Aided Modeling Devices. cDLP 3D printing technology (Continuous Digital Light Processing) is a vat-polymerization additive manufacturing process that enables high-volume and scalable part production. Through combining the energy of light with long-chain material chemistry and industrial-grade materials, the cDLP 3D printing process is an effective way to produce complex end-use parts with the speed and economics comparable to traditional manufacturing methods like injection molding. Benefits: 3D printing speed, multi-cure materials, isotropic properties, complex lattices and geometries, long chain polymer molecules, the economics of production, high accuracy and feature detail, excellent surface finish, high throughput.

Applications: Foam replacement and energy compression; data drive lattice structures; rapid prototyping; production parts; manufacturing tooling; jigs and fixtures.
