Apcotex Apcoflex® N5 High ACN Nitrile Rubber
Categories: Polymer; Thermoset; Rubber or Thermoset Elastomer (TSE)

Material Notes: Description: Apcoflex® N5 is a hot polymerized, high CAN containing acrylonitrile butadiene co-polymer. It contains non-staining antioxidant.

Applications: Apcoflex® N5 is designed to have high strength and high oil resistance because of its very high Mooney viscosity and high acrylonitrile content. The polymer has low nerve and hence has good extrusion and calendaring properties. The polymer as such and in form of blends with other compatible elastomers is suited for production of hoses, tubes, covers and belts. .The co-polymer has high MEK solubility and is specifically recommended for use in cements, adhesives, grouts, spreading applications such as printing blankets and friction material such as brake lining etc.

CAS No,: 9003-18-3
