Empilon EMPILON® 720 TPE
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Elastomer, TPE

Material Notes: EMPILON® series can be widely used in general products (such as tool grips, automotive parts, industrial products, sporting goods, etc.) that require high tensile strength, heat resistance and weather resistance. It is mainly a hydrogenated Styrenic Block Copolymer blending materials, hardness range from Shore A16 to Shore D52, can be processed by injection molding, extrusion molding and calendaring. The series is non-toxic. It does not contain RCRA 8 heavy metals, halogens, phthalate and is 100% recyclable and eco-friendly. It can pass the European Union Waste Electronics and Electrical Equipment (WEEE), Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) regulations and meet the environmental requirements of SONY SS-00259 4th Edition. The series has good chemical resistant and hydrolysis resistant performance. This series can be used without drying before processing. If you want to dye this series of products, please choose PE or EVA as the substrate of masterbatch, never use PVC as the substrate. Moreover, use a higher screw speed when processing and higher back pressure to achieve better dispersion of the colorant.
