SYNTHOS Kralex® 1778 Styrene Butadiene Rubber

Material Notes: KRALEX® 1778 is a Specific grade of oil extended styrene butadiene rubber. It is produced by a technology of cold emulsion polymerisation based on soaps of rosin and fatty acids and contains 23.5% of chemically bounded styrene. It is coagulated by a system of acid and organic coagulant, contains 27% (37.5 PHR) of naphthenic extender oil and is stabilized by a non-staining antioxidant.

KRALEX® 1778 is appropriate for rubber compounds used in the production of floor coverings, footwear, bicycle tires, articles from foam rubber and various rubber articles having light color shades.
It is not approved for production of rubber articles coming into contact with foods or drinking water.
