Material Notes: Low-cis polybutadiene rubber has become the product of choice for the industrial modification of plastics in high impact polystyrene or Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene and in tire application. Intene® K is a low 1,4-cis polybutadiene produced by solution polymerization in an aliphatic solvent, thus greatly improving the environmental friendliness of the whole process.
