Hanwha Azdel Plus C507-B01 50% Chopped Fiber Mat / PP Resin Matrix (Mineral filled)
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polypropylene (PP)

Material Notes: AZDEL® C507-B01 is a glass mat thermoplastic laminate based upon a random oriented chopped fiber mat and mineral filler contained within a polypropylene resin matrix. This composite material features high flow properties and a very homogeneous fiber distribution and exhibits low part warpage after molding. This material is typically used for standard semi-structural thin wall applications and where good glass distribution into features such as ribs and bosses is desired.

Mechanical properties and mold shrinkage measured on flat plaques.
