MOL Group BRALEN+ FB 2-51 LDPE, Film Grade
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyethylene (PE); Low Density (LDPE); Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Film Grade

Material Notes: Description: BRALEN+ FB 2-51 is a film grade of low density polyethylene. This grade contains slip agent erucamide and antiblocking agent.

Applications: BRALEN+ FB 2-51 is designed for production of thin slip films for automatic packaging. It is well suited also for production of bags, pouches, shrink films, as well as cast films. Recommended film thickness is 0.02 to 0.06 mm.

(1) Density has been measured on pressed mould specimen according to internal method. (2) Film properties tested using 50 µm thick blown film extruded at melt temperature of 180 °C and blow up ratio 2.5:1. (3) Typical properties measured on standard injection molded test specimen according to ISO 294-1.
