Material Notes:	Product Description: Activator Urea-75/EPR/S is a relatively non-staining, non-discoloring activator in an EPR binder for nitrogen-type blowing agents. Some blowing agent’s normal activation temperature of 300?F to 350?F can be lowered to 270?F with the use of urea. Use amounts equal to the blowing agent but no more than 1% total urea. It promotes uniform blowing in rubber foam products. Urea-75/EPR/S is also an accelerator for thiazole accelerators in CR, IIR, NR, and SBR. Information provided by Akrochem Corporation
