Material Notes:	Product Description: Proaid AC-760 is a mixture of zinc salts of high molecular weight fatty acids. It can be used as a processing aid and viscosity reducer (peptizer) for natural and synthetic rubber. This product is supplied in easily dispersing pastilles. Applications: The dosage for Proaid AC-760 is 1 to 5 phr, depending on the polymer and the process. Proaid AC-760 may be used: To obtain lower power consumption during the mixing cycle To obtain lower dumping temperature To obtain lower mooney viscosity To improve vulcanization uniformity To improve filler dispersion in dry compounds To aid blending of elastomers Information provided by Akrochem Corporation
