Applications: Tykote® 1005 is designed as a base resin for functional coatings. Tykote® 1005 provide high strength and pigment compatibility. This low surfactant containing copolymer can be used to compound functional coatings exhibiting superior water, water vapor, oil and grease repellency. This firm polymer also gives rise to blocking resistant coatings. Tykote® 1005 exhibits excellent mechanical stability and can be applied to a variety of substrates using many different application methods.
