NeXolve UV Blocking Optionox® Polyimide Film/Coating
Categories: Polymer; Film; Thermoset; Polyimide, TS; Polyimide, Thermoset Film

Material Notes: Highly UV durable with excellent weatherability and stability to ozone.

Optinox® films and coatings are highly UV durable and exhibit excellent weathering durability, including very high stability to ozone. Optinox® is available in rolls up to 60” wide, or in low-temperature curing liquids for coating applications. Both the film rolls and liquid coatings are available in three grades, outlined below.

Optinox® rolls are provided either as a freestanding film, or permanently bonded to a PET backer. Additional thicknesses are also available upon request. Optinox® liquid curing resins are provided as a two-part curing system.

    Transparent Clear:
  • UV cutoff at approximately 230 nm for a 2 mm film or coating
    Transparent UV Blocking:
  • UV cutoff at approximately 395 nm for a 2 mm film or coating
    Reflective White:
  • Reflective White Film
