| Hubercarb® W Series calcium carbonate has a purity level of 99.3% and is mined from a limestone deposit and processed in Quincy, IL, USA. The W Series products are ideal for applications that require high-filler loadings, low moisture content and silica content below detectable levels. This grade has been surface-modified to enhance end-use performance requiring hydrophobic properties. In addition to being low in silica, these products are also low in trace metals like iron.
