MOL Group TIPELIN BB 620-17 HDPE, Blow molding
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyethylene (PE); High Density (HDPE); High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Blow Molding Grade

Material Notes: Description: TIPELIN BB 620-17 is a high density polyethylene copolymer (with hexen-1 as comonomer) grade for blow molding of products which require high rigidity. The grade contains antioxidant.

Applications: TIPELIN BB 620-17 is recommended for shrink films, multi-layer films and blend component for LDPE for applications where high stiffness is required. It can be used in the middle layer in a coex structure or blended with LDPE and LLDPE to increase stiffness and film strength. The product is also suitable for blow molding of small size bottles. Furthermore, it is suitable for corrugated pipes too.

(1) Average mechanical property values of several measurements carried out on standard pressed specimens (ISO 293) conditioned at room temperature (ISO 291). (2) Average mechanical property values of several measurements on film (MD = machine direction, TD = trans direction) thickness of 0.025 mm, blow up ratio 4:1.
