Material Notes: The HA series belongs to the SEBS (STYRENE-ETHYLENE/BUTYLENE- STYRENE) hydrogenated and alloyed grade of materials. The materials of the HA series are slip resistant, soft and comfortable, look good and has excellent mechanical strength and scratch resistance. It can be combined with ABS and PC materials with excellent shot sticky strength. When used in high precision steel mold production, no matter what the finished product is accessory or small part, its products are able to reach an excellent level of consistency and function. For example, the thermoplastic elastomer material (TPE/TPS) in coating on 3C product and medical product is a good choice with regards to both performance and value. HHC's HA series can meet the needs of such commercialization, and it is the best choice for customers' needs! Suitable for most of the thermoplastic processing methods, such as injection molding, extrusion molding and so on. This material complies with EU RoHS, REACH-SVHC regulations and has passed the Nylon Phenol Ethoxylates (NPEO), Polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and phthalates (6P, Nylonphenol) and other safety tests. It is a non-toxic and safe material with environmentally friendly specifications.

The optimum combination of materials: ABS, PC

Processing: Injection, Extrusion

Storage conditions: At room temperature, avoid direct sunlight, keep away from fire and avoid humid environment.

Applications: Sport goods, pneumatic tools, power tools, etc.
