Customer Benefits: For the blow molder who wants to stock one resin that will be suitable for most of his customers' packaging needs. Lightweight containers have excellent environmental stress cracking resistance, good stiffness and impact strength. These same advantages will be obtained for Thermoformed parts.

Applications: Containers for bleach and detergents and chemicals. Molded or formed industrial housings, tanks, and shrouds.

Processing Recommendations:
Blow Molding Stock Temperature: Upper Limit: 204°C, Lower Limit: 171°C
Extrusion Melt Temperature: Upper Limit: 216°C, Lower Limit: 194°C
Thermoforming Surface Temperature: Upper Limit: 182°C, Lower Limit: 171°C

Specification Data: ASTM D4976 - PE 235. ASTM D1248 - Type III, Class A, Category 5. FDA Regulation 177.1520. Suitable for food packaging. Listed in Drug Master File

Sag Upper Limit: 23 cm, Lower Limit: 18 cm; 2 ft. X 4ft. X 125 mil thick blank heated to forming temperature.
