Material Notes: Characterization: Baytec SPR-092A is a two-component, 100%-solids spray system with a Shore A hardness of 92*.

Properties / Applications: Baytec SPR-092A is a two-component, 100%-solids spray system with a Shore A hardness of 92*. The isocyanate component is a modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer, and the polyol component is a polyether polyol blend. The system has added UV stabilizers and is used in spray applications to improve the corrosion, weather, and abrasion resistance of various surfaces. In-mold application is also possible. Typical applications include protective layers for pipes, tanks, fabrics, wood, flexible foams, and other industrial surfaces. The system can be pigmented to almost any color. As with any product, use of the Baytec SPR-092A system in a given application must be tested (including field testing, etc.) in advance by the user to determine suitability.
