Formulated with Bio Seal Antimicrobial Mold-Control, this cured caulk is resistant to stain-causing mold and mildew growth. This formulation offers durable flexibility and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of kitchen and bath materials. It is low in odor, guns out effortlessly, tools smoothly, and cleans-up easily with soap and water. This paint-friendly caulk resists cracking with most latex and oil-based paints. Ultra Seal Pro caulk creates cured seals that are durable enough to withstand frequent cleanings and retain their original fresh look. Guaranteed for as long as you own your home.
