Material Notes:	Product Description: Akrochem Stearic Acid RG Beads is a vegetable based fatty acid used as an external lubricant in Natural and synthetic polymers, and in rigid and flexible PVC compounds. Typical loading levels range from 0.2 to 2.0 phr. It can be used as the sole external lubricant or in conjunction with PE waxes or complex fatty acid esters depending on the type of process. It is a light-colored, waxy solid with a characteristic fatty odor. Stearic Acid is listed in 21 CFR 177.2600 regulations. Information provided by Akrochem Corporation
