Master Bond adhesives

Ipiranga Petrochem MB 0434 LS-L MDPE  (discontinued **)
Categories: Polymer; Film; Thermoplastic; Polyethylene (PE); Medium Density (MDPE); Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE), Rotational Molded

Material Notes: IPQ employs Spherilene technology from Basell in the production of MDPE. The raw materials, which are supplied by COPESUL, are pre-treated and fed into gas-phase reactors, where medium density polyethylene globe-shaped grains are obtained. These grains are sent to the extrusion site, where stabilizers are added to them. The grains are turned into pellets by an extruding press. Next, they are sent to storage silos, and then to the packaging site. This technology uses state-of-the-art techniques to control the entire production process, thus ensuring the quality of the products that are marketed.

Applications:

  • rotomolding in general
  • bins
  • industrial containers
  • technical parts
  • water reservoirs

Ipiranga Petrochem polymer product lines have been acquired by Braskem.
