Material Notes: HDB0358 is a bimodal high-density polyethylene copolymer grade. Offers an outstanding balance between stiffness, impact strength and Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance (ESCR), ideal for a wide range of blow molding applications. This grade is particularly well suited to chemical and detergent packaging as the exceptional ESCR can allow for significant bottle weight reduction.
Applications: Packages, Small bottles, Blow molding of packages up to 25 L for chemical and household products, oils and food packaging, Sheets extrusion and Corrugated pipe extrusion.
Processes: Extrusion Blow Molding, General extrusion.

Test specimens from compression molded plaque according to ASTM D4703.
