50% Monomethylamine is a clear, colorless, flammable liquid with an ammonia-like odor. It is soluble in benzene, ethanol, and ethyl acetate. It is very soluble in water. 50 % Monomethylamine is stable under recommended storage conditions. 50 % Monomethylamine will burn when heated or exposed to an ignition source.
