Akrochem PA-57 Rubber

Material Notes:	Product Description: PA-57 is a 40% oil-extended version of PA-80, being a lightly cross-linked natural rubber extended with a light colored non-staining oil. Recommended Uses: Identical to those of PA-80, whenever the presence of oil is not disadvantageous. Provides desirable superior processing qualities in fabrication methods as extrusions, calendering and open steam curing. Composition: PA-57 Rubber is produced by mixing 80 parts of pre-cured latex and 20 parts uncured latex with 40 parts oil. Therefore, PA-57 contains 57% of crosslinked rubber; i.e., a 40% oil extended PA-80. Information provided by Akrochem Corporation
