Material Notes: Algoflon® G10 is a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) virgin resin. This product has been developed as a PTFE resin for use in ASTM D4894-15, Type 1 applications. Algoflon® G10 is recommended for use in pyrotechnic applications.

Applications: Additive; Blending

Features: Chemical Resistant

Algoflon® G10 is classified as Type I Grade 1 resin in ASTM 04894, with the exception of Bulk Density.

NOTE: The data listed above fall with in the normal range of product properties, but they should not be used to establish specification limits nor be used alone as the basis of design.

SAFETY & HANDLING
Algoflon® G10 should be handled like other Algoflon® PTFE resins. When PTFE resins are heated to temperatures above 420°C, minor amounts of decomposition products, which may be harmful, are given off. Avoid inhalation of these fumes. Ovens and process equipment should be vented and adequate ventilation provided in the working area.
