Poco Graphite Premium Graphite Glass Handling Graphite Grade GLASSMATE®-XL Graphite
Categories: Carbon; Graphite

Material Notes: GLASSMATE®-XL graphite is Entegris POCO strongest material, developed to provide maximum durability, reduced porosity, and improved surface quality. This graphite offers a tighter microstructure and the highest hardness in the GLASSMATE® portfolio to improve wear resistance and glass surface quality. Features: Average particle size of less than 1 micron provides premiere material strength and resistance to damage. Increased material strength resists deformation caused during rigorous manufacturing. Fine surface finish creates precision threads that meet tight tolerance process specifications. Improved wear-resistance characteristics extend product life, minimizing costly replacements and downtime. Our graphite grades are available as billets, semi-finished rods, blocks, plates, and fully machined parts. Applications: Conditions that lead to extreme wear. Pick up of heavy containers. Precision thread pick up. Productions that have longer run times. Long handling component lifetimes.
