Saint-Gobain Meldin® 7022 DF Direct Formed Graphite Filled Polyimide

Material Notes: Melidin® 7022 DF is a direct formed polyimide that contains 40% graphite filler. This grade offers additional dimensional stability at elevated temperatures and the lowest CTE of any Meldin® 7000 series polyimide.

Specification Qualifications:
Satisfies Type II, Class 2D for ASTM D 6456-99: Standard Specification for Finished Parts Made from Polyimide Resin
Satisfies Class 3, Form D for SAE AMS 3644G: Polyimide, Molded Rod, Bar and Tube, Plaque, and Formed Parts
Satisfies Type II, Class 2D for MIL-R-46198: Resin, Polyimide, Hot Pressed or Pressed and Sintered
