Material Notes: Features

Modified homopolymer and copolymer PP for injection moulding with the contenct of 40% microground, chemically modified talc. Increased strength, rigidity and thermal application up to 100°C depending on the talc content. Decreased shrinkage. Packing material, garden flower-pots, toys, dowels, clamps, hinge, office chairs, holders, covers of motors, chassis, protection trims in the automotive industry, electroinstallation boxes in the electrical industry. Fulfills the glow wire 750°C. Delivered in the full RAL colour scale.

Packaging, transport, stocking

The product is packed in hermetically closed thick-walled 25 kg PE bags, on a 1.000 kg palette coated in a stretch foil, in big bags with a thick PE foil fixed on a 1.000 kg palette, in paper octabins with a thick PE foil fixed on a 1.000 kg palette or in other packaging according to customer requirements. The transport is provided in closed-up vehicles where the material is protected against movement and mechanical damage. The product requires stocking in closed-up, dry places protected against sun and thermal radiation.
