Polimersan Plastics POLIKES® (PA 6 G) Cast Polyamide
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Nylon (Polyamide PA); Nylon 6 (PA6); Nylon 6, Cast

Material Notes: POLIKES® PA6 G (CAST POLYAMIDE) is a plastic with high physical, electrical and chemical resistance. Its resistance is high especially against strokes and loads. Its temperature resistance is high, whereas corrosion coefficient is low. But, because of its water absorption property, it is not recommended at humid environments(%6-7).

PROPERTIES OF POLIKES®:

  • 100°C Service Temperature
  • Low Corrosion Coefficient
  • Very High Pressing Resistance
  • High Hardness
  • High Resistance To Strokes
  • Resistance To Heat
  • Resistance To Chemical Substances
  • Lower Water Absorption compared to PA 6
GENERAL USAGE AREAS OF POLIKES®:
  • Sledges
  • Wheels
  • Rolls
  • Gears
  • Bearings
  • Bobbins
  • Hoops
  • Corrosion Plates
  • Food Industry Parts
  • Chemical Industry Parts
  • Paper Industry Parts
  • Textile Industry Parts
  • Press Industry Parts
